Premium Organic Italian Bucatini Pasta

From the brand Morelli Pasta, we have been creating gourmet Italian pasta in Tuscany since 1860. Our family-run company is currently in its 5th generation, preserving the traditions our ancestors put into place.

We produce a vast range of specialty pasta, using ancient craft techniques, free of both preservatives and coloring agents. The result is truly wholesome pasta, with a wonderfully rich flavor and full consistency.

What makes our products unique? We reincorporate the wheat germ into the semolina of some of our pasta to give it a unique taste and a wonderful aroma. We specialize in classical regional pasta as well as more innovative flavored pasta. All of our raw ingredients are selected with care and use either Tuscan or Italian wheat to ensure the highest quality.

How do we create our pasta? We use artisanal processes in which mixing is done slowly. The bronze dies used to cut the pasta give it a perfect consistency, and the drying is done slow and low, for at least 36 hours.

These pastas are versatile, healthy, and have a wonderful wheat flavor, offering an authentic Italian dining experience.

The Bucatini Italian Pasta, for example, is a long handmade tube pasta with a hole through the center, which helps the pasta cook faster while staying Al Dente and better absorb sauce flavors. It is authentically created using simple, high-quality ingredients and traditional methods in the heart of Italy.
